Returns Policy


We believe you will love our organic Cosmetics and bath products - but if you are not completely satisfied with it you can return the products for a refund, replacement or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Unfortunately, the original shipping charges and taxes are not refundable. To make a return you must first request a return authorization number by sending an email via our Contact Us page or by calling us at Toll Free: 1-800-314-1906. Please leave a message and we will return your call to provide you with a return authorization number within 24 hours. Please make sure to indicate your order number if possible, and the item(s) you wish to return and the reason. Please make sure to package the items well. We will not be able to honor credits of merchandise that comes back to us damaged. You may want to insure your package. Once you have received your return authorization number, please write it on the outside of the package and return it us.

For a full refund, store credit, or exchange the products must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging. There will be $14 restocking fee. You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of us receiving your package however; in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

Shipping Rates and Policies


Free shipping in Canada and Continental USA with orders over $200.00 Cdn.
Free shipping internationally with orders over $500.00 Cdn.
We ship via Canada Post and USPS because there is less hassle with mailing our products than with courier companies and the parcel is insured. To www.canadapost.ca and put the tracking number in for progress with Canada Post or www.ups.com for the US shipments.

Also, we realize that these shipping methods may take a bit longer, not much longer, but we are all about reducing the fuel use age and carbon footprint we create, so in the end we believe this is best for you, us and the environment too. We have kept our shipping policy as simple and easy as possible, we hope you agree.

Shipping within Canada by Canada Post has a delivery time of approximately 3-5 business days. Expedited Post is tracker able and insured for up to $100.00. If additional insurance is requested there will be an additional charge. Shipping to the USA will travel with the UPS Or FedEx, and the delivery time is approximately 2-9 business days. Small Parcel Post is tracker able and insured for up to $200.00. If additional insurance is requested there will be an additional charge.

International Shipments


Each country may impose import taxes or VAT (value added taxes) on their residents. Each shipping company may also have additional brokerage fees. These amounts are not calculated or collected by Simply Genuine. If your country selects to impose this sort of tax, it is between that country and the customer and we recommend checking the rates if you are unfamiliar with them. The country will bill or collect that tax amount from the customer directly as well as any additional brokerage fees the shipping company may impose.

Damaged goods/Incorrect shipment


If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please send an email through the Contact Us page or call us at 1-800-314-1906. Please reference your order number and we will provide instructions for returning the item and obtaining a replacement. All items must be reported within the 15 day return policy period. Please keep proof of postage to facilitate your claim should goods be lost in transit. We endeavor to handle all returns within 15 - 20 working days. We cannot guarantee credit without confirmation of delivery.
